Wolfram Alpha is a different kind of search engine, and they've added a image identification search. Paste in the image, and this search engine will try to identify what it is.
Let's face it...Google Images will be your first (and possibly only) stop in your image search. Let's make sure we understand a few basics:
1. The images you see first are teeny tiny thumbnails, not the larger, full-quality images!
You have to click the image at least once to drill down to the full-size image below. Then you can drag that image to your desktop.
2. Make use of the Google Image Search Tools at the top of the page.
Most useful is "Image Size", which allows you to specify a large or small image.
