Here are four 60-second videos to get you started:

How to Share Your Project with a Teacher

Your teacher might ask you to share your project so they can review your work and provide helpful feedback. They will let you know the name of the Inbox to use for sharing your project.

On the Projects Dashboard, go to the Sharing column and click the plus sign of the project you want to share.

In the window that opens, click on the +Share icon to the right of Share with a Teacher's Inbox. Start typing in the name of the Inbox your teacher shared. The name will auto-complete as you begin to type. Once you see the correct Inbox, select it from the list and click Done.

On the Projects screen, the project you shared will have an inbox icon in the Share column.

When a teacher views your shared project and leaves new comments for you, you will see a notification when you login. A general notification will appear on the left.  Look at your projects to see which one has comments. The tick box next to the comments tells you whether the teacher left you a To-Do task.

To share with another student

  1. Enter the student's Personal ID (email address).
  2. Choose the sharing option:
    • Full Collaborator: Allows the student to add and edit content.
    • Peer Reviewer: Allows the student to comment only.
